> Using Live Chat

1. Navigate to your Home page.
2. Locate the My ANGEL Courses section.
3. Click on a course.
4. Click the Communicate tab.
5. Locate the Live Chat section and choose the room you wish to enter.
6. Click the link of the room to enter it.
7. A new window will pop open. Along the top are four tab choices: Chat, Desktop Sharing, Whiteboard and Options.
8. If you are only chatting, click the Chat tab.
9. Enter your message in the blank field along the bottom of this screen.
10. Click the Send button.

Live Chat rooms are located under the Communicate tab. Locate the Live Chat section and available chat rooms will be listed there. Enter the chat room by clicking on its link.

A new window will pop open. Along the top are four tab choices: Chat, Desktop Sharing, Whiteboard and Options. If you are only chatting, click the Chat tab. Enter your message in the blank field along the bottom of this screen and press the Send button to forward it to the chat room.

Other tabs allow Desktop Sharing, using a Whiteboard and setting Options. While in the Whiteboard, to the right, you will see the main chat window where all messages are displayed and the occupants list along its top.

When you are done chatting, close the chat window to return to the Communicate page.
