QuickTime is software used to play QuickTime audio and video clips. It is bundled with Mac OS X, but is a separate download for windows machines.

Check to see if you have QuickTime installed correctly

Windows

To Open QuickTime

Start->Programs->QuickTime->QuickTime Player

Mac OS X

To Open QuickTime

Go menu->Applications->QuickTime
