Real Media files are played with Real Network's Real(ONE) Player. If you do not have it installed you can download it for free from Windows and Mac OS X platforms.

Windows

To start RealPlayer:

Start->Programs->Real->RealOne Player->RealOne Player

Mac OS X

To start RealPlayer:

If you installed Real Player correctly, then just double-click the icon on your desktop
