Remember: If you experience problems with ANGEL remember the phrase "Problem Detailing"! This means you should make note of the details of your problem to the best of your understanding. Notes can be things like error messages, odd computer or browser behavior, and crashing. If something isn't working tell the help desk what you were trying to do and note the desired result and the undesired result you may be getting. Providing details will help the help desk to more quickly understand and remedy your problem.

A LISTSERV has been created to allow the ANGEL user community to receive status updates about ANGEL. This will be a low traffic list tracking server outages, scheduled maintenance, and general information about the health of the ANGEL systems.
