The Bookmarks link under the Toolbox section on your Home page displays a list of your personal bookmarks linking to your favorite sites on the Internet. You can sort them by category or set permissions on each.
On your Home page, locate the Bookmarks link under the Toolbox section.
To add bookmarks to your list, click on the Add a Bookmark link.
The Bookmark Editor allows you to enter information about your link. The most important fields are Title and URL. Title is the name of the site you wish to bookmark and URL is the web address of the site (e.g. http://www.google.com). Note: you must include the "http://" before the rest of the address for the bookmark to work properly.
The Description field allows you to enter a brief sentence describing your link.
Target allows you to select an HTML attribute to the bookmark from a drop down menu, which will change the way the bookmark opens. New Window will open the bookmark in a new browser window. Same Window will open the bookmark within the current browser window.
The Category field allows you to organize your bookmarks. There are two predefined categories in the drop down menu. Click the Other button to define your own category.
The Viewable By selections from the drop down menu determine who can see your bookmarks.
Once a Bookmark has been created, use the Edit button to the left of it to make changes. Use the Delete button to remove it.
When you have completed setting your options, click the Save button at the bottom of the page. You will be returned to your Bookmarks page. Click the Home icon on the power strip on the left to return to your Home page.
