> Saving and backing up your assignments
In many courses, the activities and examinations you encounter will be submitted in the form of paragraph or multiple page assignments.Instructors will often ask you to post these assignments to messageboards, dropboxes, or enter them in an essay question format in a quiz. When you are asked to do these assigments, it is highly recommended that you complete the requested actvitiy outside the course in your favorite Word Processor, THEN, copy and paste your response to your online class. The reason for this is that sometimes browser glitches may occur while you are typing your assignment into the course, and this may cause you to lose your typed response.
Authoring long-answer questions in your Word Processing program and saving them on your computer will assure that you always have a backup of those assignments.
